What are Tweets?

Tweets are posts or messages that are published on the social media platform Twitter. They are limited to 280 characters (previously 140 characters) and are used by users to share their thoughts, opinions, news, and other information with their followers. Tweets can include text, images, videos, and other media, and they can be shared and replied to by other users. Hashtags (#) can also be included in tweets to categorize them and make them easier to find by other users who are searching for content on a particular topic.
