What is a Pleader?
A pleader is a person who makes a formal statement or argument in a court of law, typically on behalf of a client. This can include lawyers, but it can also include other individuals who are authorized to make legal arguments, such as pro se litigants (people who represent themselves in court).
In general, a pleader's role is to present the case for their client and to advocate for their position in court. This may involve making opening statements, presenting evidence, cross-examining witnesses, and making closing arguments. The goal of a pleader is to persuade the judge or jury to rule in favor of their client's position.
