What is Unarbitrated?

Unarbitrated refers to a situation or dispute that has not been resolved through arbitration. In other words, it is a matter that has not been submitted to an arbitrator or a tribunal for resolution.

For example, if two parties are in a legal dispute and they have not agreed to submit the matter to arbitration, then the dispute is considered unarbitrated. The parties may instead choose to litigate their dispute in court or negotiate a settlement outside of court.
